Full Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to return items and when you’ll receive a refund.

2. Returns 30 days (Change of mind):

You have 30 days from the date you receive the goods to return them if you change your mind.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and any tags intact.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, unless we state otherwise at checkout.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will arrange for the return and cover return postage for faulty/incorrect items.

For faulty items we will offer (at your choice): a replacement, repair (if feasible), or a full refund including original delivery charges.

4. Refunds

Refunds (for accepted returns) will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or within 14 days of proof of return where applicable).

Shipping and service charges paid by the customer for delivery are refundable only when the return is due to a fault or error on our part. If returning for change of mind, delivery/service charges are non-refundable.

5. Service & Delivery Charges (Customer Responsibility)

All service charges, handling fees, and delivery fees displayed at checkout are payable by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you return due to a fault or our error, original delivery and any service charges will be refunded. If you return for change of mind, those charges are not refunded.

6. How to Return

We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please keep proof of postage.

7. Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Some goods cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened (e.g., certain personal items) — such items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

8. Cancellations (before dispatch)

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will refund you in full including any service charge. If the order has been dispatched, normal returns process applies.
